This clip from a receiver in the UK is being cited in Chapter 2. It documents the beginning of ELEA transmission from Succotash Salt Marsh in East Matunuck, Rhode Island at 6 AM on February 12, 2019. The operator is heard hailing Europe repeatedly before any response is obtained.
Note the lack of QSB on the ELEA signal in Europe.
